We partner closely with schools and day programs to address challenging behaviors through practical, sustainable interventions. In addition, we offer guidance and support for transition planning beyond the school years, helping individuals and teams prepare for adulthood with confidence and clarity.
Our services include guidance in navigating the transition process, support with IEP planning and meetings, and advocacy to ensure appropriate services and opportunities are in place. We work to bridge the gap between school-based services and adult life by helping individuals prepare for meaningful day programs, employment, community involvement, and greater independence.
Clinical Cove
Clinical Cove is a space for clinicians to come together, collaborate, and grow. Designed as a supportive and welcoming community, it offers opportunities to learn through virtual meetups, continuing education trainings, and shared professional experiences.

Waves and Wonders hosts free, virtual, workshops for caregivers on all things teen years, transitional planning and entering adult hood!
